Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your items back before contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your Rumble Beam™ laser tag set as soon as it arrives.

If your blasters or chest sensors are defective, damaged, not working properly, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Vir_Shop@rumblebeam.store .

Our team will review the issue and work with you to make things right.

Refunds:
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
